Reading List

Brand: Bali Longevity Club
A curated starting library for Bali Longevity Club members. Prefer primary papers, regulator labels, and careful public educators over screenshots of private Discords.

Private research notes (including Peppys library captures) are not republished here. Use public sources and staff-synthesized internal summaries as starting points only.

How to read anything in this space

  1. Separate trial evidence, clinician opinion, and n=1 anecdote.
  2. Ask whether a dose or stack was ever studied as a combination (usually: no).
  3. Ignore confident absolute claims ("zero downside," "cures X").
  4. Prefer authors who admit uncertainty on camera.

Starter primers (this site)

Public educator channels (use critically)

These are starting points for literacy, not authorities. Internal summaries of Hunter Williams, Dr Froese, and Dr Jones DC episodes informed our primers; watch primary videos yourself when possible.

LensWhy people watchWatch-outs
Hunter Williams (podcast / masterclasses)Long single-compound deep dives; practical reconstitution maths talk; stacking metaphorsHost is not a physician; entertainment disclaimers; anecdote-heavy biomarker claims
Dr Ashley FroesePhysician framing; mechanism metaphors; caution on copper toxicity / internet consensusStill opinionated; not your doctor
Dr Jones DCGLP-1 titration culture, muscle-loss emphasis, clinic-style sequencing storiesChiropractor / coaching context — not an MD prescribing authority in the abstract

When channels disagree (they do — labs-vs-symptoms philosophy, heart-rate monitoring emphasis, IGF-1 cancer-risk practicality), treat disagreement as a signal to slow down, not to pick a team.

Evidence habits

  • Labels & trial registries for approved molecules (e.g. incretin drugs, where applicable)
  • PubMed / Cochrane for systematic reviews
  • Regulator notices (FDA, EMA, local Indonesian rules) for compounding and import context
  • Third-party testing literacy — COAs help, they do not create a medicine

Topic lanes for later Docs (see backlog)

  • Mitochondrial peptides literacy (SS-31, MOTS-c sequencing themes)
  • Copper peptide literacy (GHK-Cu; Wilson's disease contraindication awareness)
  • Recovery blends literacy (BPC-157 / TB-500 conversations; GLOW/KLOW as cultural products, not proven combos)
  • Incretin / retatrutide-era metabolic literacy
  • GH secretagogue + IGF-1 monitoring literacy
  • Side-effect management education (nausea, injection-site reactions) without protocols

Bali Longevity Club norms for sharing links

  • Prefer original sources over re-uploads
  • Do not paste private forum libraries or Telegram exports into chat
  • Label podcast claims as podcast claims
